Emmett Walker III — Founder & CEO

Emmett Walker III navigated simultaneous bankruptcy, foreclosure, and bereavement in 2019 — and came out the other side with zero debt and a mission. That lived experience is the credibility foundation no competitor can manufacture.

With 18 years at H&R Block as a tax professional and branch manager — plus a 40+ year career across financial services and public sector leadership, including NYC Transit Authority supervisory leadership, and personal financial recovery, Emmett brings a combination of street-level empathy and institutional experience that drives every EWALK program.

He is a published author, founder of the Our Money Matters Too financial empowerment platform, and the architect of EWALK Holdings' vertically integrated model — designed specifically for multi-award, multi-agency government contracting.
